The prices of all Tilaa services (excluding licences) have changed. This has an effect on the pricing of the services that you are currently using. The new prices will be automatically processed on your new invoice from January, 2023. You will find an overview of all the new prices on our pricing update page.

We have adjusted our prices accordingly in response to the present high inflation and significant price hikes from hardware, energy, and other suppliers. By doing so, we will be able to maintain the same level of service quality.

Payment & Invoices the way you want 

To ensure an effortless payment experience, we like to provide you with the necessary information regarding payment for our services on time. We will send you an invoice ten days before each new period so that communication remains clear and transparent and you are always aware of your payment obligations. 

Do you no longer want to be concerned about payments? You can simplify your future transactions with us via a SEPA Direct Debit scheme. By authorizing us to collect payments through this method, you’ll no longer have to worry about payment deadlines or setting up manual transfers. SEPA Direct Debit ensures your payments are made on time, automatically. And if you change your mind, changing payment methods or canceling the payment authorization is just as simple.
