On the following dates Tilaa will be closed for generic support and sales inquiries:
- December 24th, after 16:00 CET (Christmas evening)
- December 25th, whole day (1st Christmas day)
- December 26th, whole day (2nd Christmas day - It’s a Dutch thing)
- December 31th, after 16:00 CET (New Year’s eve)
- January 1st, whole day (New Year’s day)
Our phone will not be answered, but we will continue to monitor our ticket queue and respond to high priority email tickets, for example in the case of server downtime.
